摘要
有关高校商科教学改革,在国内的许多相关研究中已经展开并取得了一定的成果。现阶段研究视野正逐渐从课堂教学方式改革扩展到由社会相关组织参与的体系改革。目前国内相关研究存在的主要问题是:概念性综述占其多数,缺乏教学改革实践性周期验证假设。虽然认识到教师挂职企业锻炼对教学改善的重要性,但尚没有形成对诸如教师科研方向、教学新型团队建设(企业角色的参与等)、课堂企业案例的来源、课堂教学方式及学生课外学术论文主题、作业主题、创业创新活动主题、毕业设计主题及读书活动主题选择的影响等具体结合点的整体框架涉入探究,对达成教师挂职企业锻炼特有的市场衔接教学效应不能充分体现。基于此,本文将在影响挂职教师所授课程知识结构、科研方向、教学自主案例的来源及学生实习等方面展开探讨。
The teaching reform of commercial courses in universities has been carried out in many related studies at home and some achievements have been made. At this stage, the research field of vision is gradually expanding from the reform of classroom teaching methods to the reform of social organizations involved. At present, the main problems existing in domestic related research are as follows: conceptual review is the majority of them, and lack of practical periodicity verification hypothesis of teaching reform. Although the importance of exercise to improve teaching teacher attachment of enterprises, but there is no formation of scientific research, such as teachers' teaching model construction team(the role of enterprise participation, etc.),classroom business case classroom teaching and student extracurricular academic work theme, theme, theme, entrepreneurship and innovation of graduation design topic and reading activities influence the overall framework of theme selection combining point involvement inquiry, to reach the special teacher attachment exercise enterprise market convergence can not fully reflect the teaching effect. Based on this, this article will influence students in origin and sending teachers the curriculum knowledge structure, scientific research, teaching practice and discussion of independent case.
