摘要
伴随着日语学习者的多样化,日语教师在授课过程中如何贯彻"以人为本"的理念,变得越来越重要。语言教师对语言学习者的学习支援,并不仅仅是提供促进语言习得的学习环境,更重要的是,在课堂实践教学中对课堂环境进行整备,以引导学习者更加积极主动地进行语言习得。本文从促进语言习得的众多因素当中,选取"学习者主动发言"这一因素,来具体分析日语教师在课堂教学中如何起到引导作用。
With the diversity of Japanese learners, it is becoming more and more important for Japanese teachers to carry out the idea of 'people first' in the process of teaching. Language teachers of language learning is not only to provide support, and promote language learning environment, more importantly, preparedness of classroom environment in the classroom practice teaching, more actively to guide the learners' language acquisition. In this paper, from the many factors that promote language acquisition, select the 'learner's initiative speech' factor, to analyze how Japanese teachers play a guiding role in classroom teaching.
