工学结合模式下高职院校顶岗实习学生党员教育管理工作探究

本文针对高职院校学生党建工作存在的问题进行分析,积极探索提升学生党员的综合素质的方法,在校期间,通过多种形式对学生党员进行教育培养;实习期间,加强校企合作共赢,对学生思想教育问题校企双方要高度重视,共抓共管,保证学生思想政治教育工作的有效性,从而探索出高职学生党建工作的新方法。
