摘要
目的:通过调查来探讨农村中小学生自尊与心理适应的一般特点,考察自尊与心理适应的相关关系。方法:采用自尊量表、儿童社交焦虑量表、抑郁自评量表、情感平衡量表和生活满意度量表对岳阳市某中学467名中小学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)农村中小学生的总体自尊处于中等水平,性别差异不显著,年级差异显著。(2)抑郁水平总体处于轻微程度,性别差异不显著,年级差异显著。(3)生活满意度总体中等,性别差异不显著,年级差异显著。(4)社交焦虑总体处于较低水平,情感平衡总体一般,两者的性别和年级差异均不显著。(5)自尊与心理适应各维度存在显著相关,自尊与社交焦虑维度、抑郁维度呈负相关,自尊与情感平衡维度、生活满意度维度呈正相关。结论:农村中小学生的自尊与心理适应现状情况良好,自尊与心理适应各维度具有显著相关。
Objective: through the investigation to explore the general characteristics of rural primary and middle school students' self-esteem and mental adaptation, the correlation between self-esteem and mental adaptation. Method: adopting the selfesteem scale, children's social anxiety scale, depression self rating scale, emotional balance, scale and life satisfaction scale467 primary and middle school students in a middle school in yueyang city survey. Results:(1) the overall self-esteem of rural primary and middle school students in the medium level, no significant sex differences, grade difference is significant.(2) the level of depression in a slight overall, no significant sex differences, grade difference is significant.(3) overall moderate life satisfaction, no significant gender differences, grade difference is significant.(4) the overall low level of social anxiety, emotional balance overall, both gender and grade differences were not significant.(5) self-esteem and psychological adapt to different dimensions exist significant correlation, self-esteem and negative correlation dimension dimension of social anxiety, depression, self-esteem and emotional balance dimension, life satisfaction dimension were positively correlated. Conclusion: the self-esteem and psychological adaptation status of rural primary and middle school students in good condition, self-esteem and psychological adapt to different dimensions have significant correlation.
