Problems and Solutions in the Teaching of Moot Court of Civil Procedure

本文围绕模拟法庭在民事诉讼法学教学中存在的问题,逐步完善流程。首先阐述模拟法庭的基本涵义及其存在类型,其次围绕我国模拟法听在教学中存在的问题进行论述,最后笔者从课程设置、案例选择、科学配备等几个方面来进行完善。

This paper focuses on the problems existing in the teaching of civil procedure law in the moot court, and gradually improves the process. Firstly, the basic meaning of moot court and existing types, secondly the simulation method of our country to the problems in teaching are discussed, finally the author from the curriculum, case selection, scientific equipment for improvement.
