沙盘模拟教学在人力资源管理综合实训课程中的应用研究

Application of Sand Table Simulation Teaching in Comprehensive Training Course of Human Resource Management

与以往教师为中心的传统教学模式不同,沙盘模拟教学作为一种新型的体验式教学方式,融合计算机网络化的信息管理,模拟真实的企业管理现实情境,课程趣味性强且学生参与度高,进一步培养了学生团队沟通和协作能力。基于此,提出人力资源管理沙盘模拟综合实训课程设计,首先从课程设计理念出发,其次指出课程所需特定环境,进而制定出课程设计流程。

Different from the traditional teacher centered teaching model, sand table simulation as a new way of experiential teaching that has characteristics including integration of computer network information management, simulating real enterprise management, and interesting course and the participation of students, further cultivate students' team communication and collaboration capabilities. Based on this, we present the human resources management sand table simulation training curriculum design. Firstly, from the concept of curriculum design, followed by pointing out the specific circumstances required by the course, and then develop a curriculum design process.
