浅析蔡元培的大学教育思想

Analysis of Cai Yuanpei's University Education Thought

蔡元培是我国近现代史上一位杰出的民主主义教育家,大学教育思想在他整个教育思想体系里具有无可替代的地位,对当代大学教育无论是在理论上还是实践上都具有指导和借鉴意义。通过阐释蔡元培的办学宗旨、办学体制以及在北大进行的教育改革和借鉴国外的高等教育经验等层面,来论述他的大学教育思想。

Cai Yuanpei is an outstanding democratic educator in modern history of China, university education has an irreplaceable position in his whole ideological system of education, the contemporary university education both in theory and practice has guiding and reference significance. By explaining the purpose of running Cai Yuanpei, the system of running schools,the educational reform in Peking University and the experience of higher education abroad, this paper discusses his university education thoughts.
