电子信息行业类高校人才队伍建设工作的问题与对策——以西安电子科技大学通信工程学院为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Talent Team Construction in Electronic Information Industry——Take School of Telecommunications Engineering,Xidian University as an example

人才队伍建设是一流高校发展的根本,是一流学科拓展的基石,是我国当前"双一流"建设的核心因素及内生动力源泉。文章通过分析电子信息行业类高校师资队伍建设现状,围绕人才强校战略契机,指出人才总体数量不足、学缘结构相对单一、高端人才引育乏力、"双创"能力有待提升等问题,结合西安电子科技大学通信工程学院人才队伍建设工作经验,提出电子信息行业高校人才队伍建设的指导思想和建设举措。

Talent team construction is the fundamental development of first-class universities and it is the base of the first-class discipline development. It is also the core factor and the internal motivation of our country's 'Double Top University'policy.According to analyze the present situation of the faculty in electric and electronic universities and the'First class university talent team strategy', this article points out that some universities are facing shortage of talents, single education related structure, weak in the introduction of high-end talents and lack the capability of innovation and entrepreneurial problems. On the basis of the experience of building talent team in school of communication engineering of Xidian university, the article indicates the guiding ideology and the construction measures of talent team construction in electric and electronic universities.
