专业教师兼任高校工科专业班主任工作质量提升的探索

Exploration on the Quality Improvement of Professional Teacher in Charge of Engineering Major

在高校采用专职辅导员+兼职班主任共同管理的模式下,由专业教师担任高校班主任,参与大学生日常管理,对于培养创新型人才,发展高等教育起到了重要的作用。但随着高等教育环境的多元化,高校班主任工作面临着诸多新的要求,因此对专业教师担任班主任工作提出了更高的要求。本文结合作者的工作,探索如何提升专业教师的班主任工作质量。

At present, most colleges take the full-time counselor and part-time head teacher to manage the students. Professional teacher as head teacher for daily management of college students has played an important role for cultivating innovative talents and developing higher education. However, with the diversification of higher education environment, the college head teachers have faced with many new requirements in work. So the professional teachers as a head teacher put forward higher requirements. In this paper, how to improve the quality of professional teachers as a head teacher have been explored, combined with the work of the author.
