摘要
在我国经济建设与发展过程中,对电力企业人力资源管理的要求也越来越高,电力企业要想加快改革步伐,需要重视人力资源管理信息化建设工作。电力企业在开展人力资源管理工作时,必须充分发挥出各种现代信息技术的作用,不断提升人力资源管理信息化水平,为自身的稳定发展奠定良好人才基础。本文将简述电力企业人力资源信息化建设的意义,并就其中存在的问题提出了可行建议。
In the process of China's economic construction and development, the demand for human resources management of power enterprises is also higher and higher. In order to speed up the pace of reform, power enterprises need to pay attention to the construction of human resources management information.
