摘要
教是为了不教,自我教育是教育的最终归宿。自我教育型班级管理模式强调学生具备自我教育能力,在管理自己的同时能够管理他人,实现了学生自我教育与自我管理相结合,同时各科教师形成管理团队对班级进行管理。在构建自我教育型班级管理模式中,要转变管理观念,从以班主任为中心转向以学生为中心,发挥学生在管理中的主体性与创造性。学生群体、各科老师通力合作,进行多元管理。
Teaching is for not teaching, self education is the final destination of education. The class management mode of self education emphasizes students with self education ability, able to manage others in the management of their own at the same time, realize the students' self education and self management combination, while teachers form a management team to manage the class. In the construction of self education class management mode, we should change management concept, shift from teacher centered to student centered, and play the subjectivity and creativity of students in management. Student groups, teachers of various departments work together to carry out multiple management.
