摘要
独立学院基于自身特殊性质,人才培养既不能照搬母体学校学术型人才培养模式,也不能雷同高职高专技能型人才培养模式。本文从应用型人才的分层分类入手,总结分析当前独立学院开展的应用型人才培养探索的实践。
The Talent-cultivation of Independent College has its own special nature. It's different from academic talents mode of maternal university, and also different from skilled? talents mode of higher? vocational? college. Combining practice,this paper summarizes and analyzes the applied talent-cultivation of independent college, based on hierarchical classification of applied talents.
