摘要
背景:2012年5月,教育部、卫生部共同发文,正式启动"卓越医生教育培养计划",优化临床医学人才培养结构。我校自2013年实施卓越医生教育培养计划以来,学校在师资、硬件设施方面配备齐全,给予高度重视,但是目前还缺少关于该计划对医学生促进作用的研究。目的:探索现阶段卓越医生培养计划对医学生的影响,以期对实施计划不断完善培养模式起指导作用。方法:本课题主要观摩对象为卓越医生培养计划实施2年及3年的五年制本科生,并以同等年级普通临床班学生作为对照,采取问卷调查并进行分析的形式进行研究。结论:卓越医生培养计划的实施对现阶段医学生在主观和客观上都具有积极的促进作用。
In May 2012, the Ministry of Health issued a document, formally launched the 'excellent doctor education and training program' to optimize the structure of clinical medical personnel training. Since 2013, our school has carried out the excellent doctor education and training program, and the school has been equipped with teachers and hardware facilities, which has been paid much attention, but there is also a lack of research on the power of the plan for medical students to promote. Objective: To explore the influence of the excellent doctor training program on medical students in order to guide the implementation of the training plan. Methods: the main subject of study subjects were outstanding doctor training plan for the implementation of 2 years and 3 years of the five year students in the same grade, and common clinical students as control, questionnaire investigation and analysis in the form of research. Conclusion: the implementation of excellent doctor training program has positive effects on both subjective and objective.
