经管类专业法学课程教学效果优化路径探析

目前国内各大高校经管类专业普遍开设了相关法学课程,以帮助经管类专业学生学习经济领域的法律规则,未来为遵纪守法参加市场经济活动做准备。但是,因为经管类专业学生法律基础薄弱、教师和学生都不太重视、教学内容和教学方式的选择不恰当,使得这些主要由法学专业老师授课的课程的教学效果却很难达到理想境界。为优化经管类专业法学课程的教学效果,应采取各种措施让老师和学生思想上重视,同时,合理设计教学内容,不断改进和完善教学方法。
