摘要 无痕教育是指在教育过程中不留痕迹,以一种自然和谐的方式实施教育。班级文化是班级建设的一个侧面,它可以向全校师生展现班级建设的特色,是个性化展示和经常性活动的相结合,它凭借学生的自主活动深入到每一个学生的心灵,对每个学生都起着潜移默化的教育作用。而淡化教育痕迹,隐藏教育意图,教师就要重视班级文化建设,悄然无声地渗透教育思想,在润物无声中发挥班级文化"无痕教育"的功能。 Traceless education refers to the education process without leaving traces, in a natural and harmonious way to implement education. Class culture is one aspect of the class construction, it can show to the teachers and students of class construction characteristics, is the combination of personalized display and regular activities, with its students to every student's mind, for each and every student plays a subtle role in education. Instead of education marks, hidden intention of education,teachers should pay attention to the construction of class culture, silent and soundless infiltration education thought, play class culture 'traceless education' function in silent.
