新手心理咨询师在咨询过程中的常遇问题

Problems Encountered by Novice Psychological Counselors in the Consultation Process

我国内地的心理咨询行业起步较晚,至今尚未建立完备系统化的心理咨询培养模式。许多心理咨询师的培训机构以应对考试为主,缺乏实习环节和后续咨询技能培训,造成许多取得资格证的人没有咨询经验,在咨询中常会遇到一些问题不知如何面对。本文根据咨询经验总结在咨询过程中新手咨询师常遇到的问题并给出了解决对策。目前在咨询中主要存在的问题包括以下两方面:(1)咨询过程遇到的问题;(2)咨询师自身需长期成长的问题,供大家借鉴。

The psychological counseling industry in the mainland of China started late and has not yet established a comprehensive and systematic training mode of psychological counseling. Many training institutions counselors mainly deal with the examination, lack of practice and follow-up counseling skills training, cause a lot of qualification certificate without consulting experience in consulting, often encounter some problems do not know how to face. Based on the consulting experience, this paper summarizes the problems that the novice consultants often encounter in the process of consultation, and gives some countermeasures. At present, the main problems in consultation include the following two aspects: 1., the problems encountered in the consultation process; 2., consultants themselves need long-term growth problems, for everyone to draw on.
