摘要 近年来,我国已形成了比较完善的高校家庭经济困难学生资助体系,但这已不能适应资助育人的新形势、新要求。为不断提升资助质量,笔者认为应将实践育人和资助育人相结合。通过分析家庭经济困难学生群体实践能力不足的原因和表现,本文以天津外国语大学"天外勤创"项目为例,探索实践育人项目化管理的新模式。研究表明,项目化管理实践过程中有效地加强了家庭经济困难学生的综合素质,对困难生群体的实践教育工作具有重要的现实意义。本文还提出了项目化管理的创新改进方案,以期改进高校实践育人工作。 In recent years, our country has formed a relatively complete financial aid system for college students with financial difficulties, but this has been unable to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of funding education. In order to improve the quality of financial aid, the author believes that the combination of practical education and financial aid should be combined. By analyzing the causes and manifestations of group practice ability of students of family economic difficulties is insufficient, this paper takes Tianjin foreign language university 'field day' project as an example, to explore a new model of education practice project management. The research shows that in the process of project management practice, the comprehensive quality of the students with financial difficulties has been effectively strengthened, and it has important practical significance for the practical education of the disadvantaged students. This paper also puts forward the innovation and improvement plan of project management in order to improve the practice of educating people in colleges and universities.
