摘要
高端技术技能人才贯通培养项目甩开了高考的指挥棒,打造了全新的人才培养模式。本文以贯通培养项目基础教育阶段为背景,对该学段下的学生特点进行分析,并浅议学生在无高考压力下班主任的管理要点及工作策略。
The project of the advanced technical and skilled talents is one kind of talent development scheme without the pressure of college entrance examination. This paper intends to analyse the characteristics of the students in the stage of basic education of the project and discuss the class management without the pressure of college entrance examination
