高校学生骨干培养是高校教育管理工作的重要内容之一,充分发挥学生骨干的示范引领作用,有利于提高大学生"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"的教育成效。本文从高校学生骨干的重要作用出发,提出基于榜样的力量培育大学生"好青年"的创新培养路径:即通过一年级选苗、二三年级分类培育和四年级示范引领三个阶段的教育管理,以榜样的力量培育优秀青年,带动整体学生良好发展。

The cultivating of student cadres is an important part in college education and management. To give full play to the exemplary role of student cadres is conducive to improve self-management, self service and self education effect. This paper based on the role of student cadres. It puts forward the innovative cultivating way of student cadres based on force of example.The way is to cultivate outstanding youth to drive overall development by selection, classified cultivation and exemplary demonstration.
