雅安市雨城区冬泳运动现状调查研究

Investigation on the Status quo of Yucheng Winter Swimming in Ya'an City

冬泳作为集冷水浴、空气浴与日光浴"三浴"于一身的特殊体育运动,成为冬季颇受广大人民群众欢迎的运动项目之一,具有极强的健身性。文章以问卷调查法、实地走访等方法对四川省雅安市雨城区冬泳运动的现状展开调查研究。旨在促进类似于雅安这种内陆沿河地区城市冬泳的发展,提升人们对冬泳的认知,呼吁更多的人参与到健康冬泳运动中。

As a set of special sport, winter swimming gets cold bath, air bath and sunbathing 'three bath' together, become one of the popular masses popular sport, fitness is strong. To investigate the research status based on the questionnaire survey method, field visits and other methods of winter swimming in Yucheng District of Ya'an city in Sichuan province. In order to promote the development of Ya'an city is similar to the inland river area of winter swimming, raise awareness of the winter swimming, calling for more people to participate in healthy winter sports.
