应用型大学国际金融人才培养模式初探——以苏州大学文正学院“金融教改实验班”为例

自国家提出引导一部分高校向应用技术型大学转变以来,许多高校开始尝试应用型金融人才培养方式改革。苏州大学文正学院于2015年创立"金融教改实验班",明确了具有国际化视野的高素质复合型金融人才的培养目标,积极探索应用型大学金融学专业教育改革路径和跨校学分互认机制,在语言强化训练、外教授课讲学、制度调整配合和学分互认策略等方面取得了一定的成效,并针对项目实施过程中出现的学生出国比例不高、师资国际化程度不高、尚未实现中外学生双向交流等问题提出相应对策。
