基于“成果导向教育”理念深化航海类专业人才培养改革的研究

Research of Talents Training Reform in Navigation Majors Consisting in the Idea of Outcome-based Education

文章的研究立足于"成果导向教育"这一先进工程教育培养理念,以大连海事大学为例,着重论述了基于"成果导向教育"理念符合航海类专业人才培养改革的内在要求,分析了航海类专业人才培养的现状,提出了深化航海类专业人才培养改革的重要思路。

The research of the paper is based on the idea of outcome-based education, implemented in Dalian Maritime University. It discusses the inherent requirements of the reform of the talents training of maritime specialty. It analyzes the present situation of talents training in navigation majors and puts forward the important thinking of deepening the reform of talents training in navigation majors.
