摘要
铅是一种污染性很高的物质,对人体、环境都有一定的危害作用,一直以来铅检测技术都受到科学界的关注。传统铅检测技术方式多样,但是检测技术成本高,流程复杂,在实际应用领域存在很大障碍,难以满足需求。生物化学检测技术因为其巨大优势,获得了越来越多的认可。本文对目前的几种生物化学中的铅检测技术进行了对比分析,综合比较其优劣势和发展前景,以此为新的铅检测技术的推广和深入研究提供一定的借鉴。
Lead is a highly polluting substance, which has a certain harm to the human body and the environment. The technology of lead inspection has been paid attention to by the scientific community for a long time. The traditional methods of lead inspection are various, but the detection technology has high cost and complicated process, so there are great obstacles in practical application and it is difficult to meet the demand. Biochemical detection technology has gained more and more recognition because of its great advantages. This paper makes a comparative analysis of several biological chemical lead detection technology in the present, comparing their advantages and disadvantages and development prospects, as the lead of new detection technologies and the promotion of further research to provide certain reference.
