摘要
本研究采取问卷调查法对乡村教师现阶段的专业发展现状进行调查,分析其存在的问题有职业倦怠感较强、专业发展资源匮乏、缺乏教学交流等问题,并对问题产生的原因进行探析,根据问题提出解决问题的策略。
This study adopted questionnaire survey current situation of professional development of rural teachers in the present stage, there are problems of occupation burnout of strong professional development, lack of resources, lack of teaching communication and analyze the problems and the causes for the problems analysis, according to the problems put forward a strategy to solve the problem.
