摘要
稳定的心理契约能激发教师的潜能,高校可以基于心理契约内隐主观、动态循环、双向性及多维性的特点,通过建立有效的沟通和交流机制,建立基于交易维度、关系维度和发展维度的合理有效的管理机制这些途径对教师的心理契约进行维护。
Stable psychological contract can stimulate the potential of teachers in Colleges and universities can be implicit psychological contract based on subjective, dynamic, two-way circulation and multidimensional characteristics, through the establishment of an effective communication mechanism, establish transaction dimension, relationship dimension and development dimension based on the reasonable and effective management mechanism of these pathways for maintenance on teachers' psychological contract.
