职业院校教师企业实践存在的问题与对策

教师企业实践是职业院校师资队伍建设的重要途径,以提高专业教师实践能力,保证人才培养质量。目前教师企业实践存在政策落实困难,学校重视不够,企业没有积极性等问题,本文通过分析提出通过充分发挥政府的宏观管理、指导、协调作用,制定有利于调动企业积极性的政策法规,协调好学校和企业,制定完善的教师企业实践方案;充分发挥学校的主导作用,深化校企合作,努力提高学校服务企业的水平等措施,调动企业参与的积极性,积极实施并进行过程管理与考核,保证教师企业实践的效果。

Teachers' enterprise practice is an important approach to the construction of teaching staff in vocational colleges,so as to improve the practical ability of professional teachers and ensure the quality of talent training. At present, enterprises exist difficulties in policy implementation practice of teachers, schools do not pay enough attention, companies do not have the enthusiasm and other issues, through the analysis proposed by government macro management, give full play to the guiding and coordinating role, to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to develop policies and regulations, coordinate the school and enterprise, make enterprise practice and perfect solution of teachers; give full play to the leading role of the school, deepen the school enterprise cooperation, and strive to improve the service level of the enterprise schools and other measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in, and actively implement the process management and evaluation, to ensure the effect of teachers' enterprise practice.
