摘要
本研究旨在探讨企业员工亲社会性违规行为的特征。通过采用亲社会性违规量表对274名企业员工问卷调查,结果:相比女性员工,男性员工更倾向做出效率导向、顾客导向的亲社会性违规行为;学历水平相对较高的员工更倾向于做出效率导向和顾客导向的亲社会性违规行为;私营企业的员工较其他性质的企业员工更倾向于做出效率导向的亲社会性违规行为。
This research aims to explore the characteristics of employee's pro-social rule breaking. Adopting Pro-Social Rule Breaking Scale(PSRBS), a survey was conducted among 274 employees, the results shows that: compared with female employee, male employees are more likely to make efficiency-oriented and customer-oriented pro-social rule breaking behavior;higher education people are more likely to make efficiency-oriented and customer-oriented pro-social rule breaking behavior;private company employees are more likely make efficiency-oriented pro-social rule breaking behavior.
