A Case Study of Helping the Self-abased Student——Exploring the Solution focused approach of taking conversation with students

谈心谈话工作是高校辅导员开展学生工作的重要途径。本文以一例帮扶自卑心理学生的谈心谈话过程为例,探索焦点解决式的学生谈心谈话方法。在焦点解决技术的启发下,辅导员谈心谈话过程中应注重激发学生自身资源和潜力,以问题解决为导向,有效运用多种焦点技术,训练焦点解决式思维,同时提升自身心理素质,实现对学生的引导教育。

Taking conversation with students is an important way to carry out student work in higher education. This paper intends to explore solution focused approach of taking conversation with students by taking case study of helping a self-abased student. Under the inspiration of solution focused skills, in the process of taking conversation with students, college counselors should lay emphasis on stimulating the self-owned resources and potentials of the students, be problem solving oriented, effectively apply solution focused skills, train solution focused way of thinking, while enhance their own psychological qualities.
