In the current era of increasingly prominent employment contradictions, music students in Colleges and universities are faced with such problems as weak competitiveness, high expectation of employment, few professional positions, and poor job stability in employment. According to the particularity of the specialty, the main causes of these difficulties are the weak foundation of the students' cultural curriculum, the deviation of the employment view, the unreasonable professional setting and the imperfect system of the free occupation security. Change a special professional employment needs all levels together,only to change the students' personal concept, perfect training system, strengthen the social security system of the school personnel, so that students can have a better tomorrow.
