摘要
通过问卷调查和实地访谈,得知目前在高职院校订单班中存在着法律常识缺乏、法律意识淡漠等亟待解决的问题,本文基于大学生法律意识现状,从三个方面提出提升在校大学生法律意识的对策:重培养,优化校园法制教育;重引导,加强大学生的自我修养;重合力,营造"三位一体"的法制教育环境。
Through the questionnaire survey and interviews, learned that at present in Higher Vocational Colleges order class exists in the lack of legal knowledge, legal consciousness to solve such problems, the legal consciousness of college students based on the current situation, put forward countermeasures to improve the legal consciousness of college students from three aspects: cultivating, optimizing the campus legal education; heavy guidance, strengthening college students' self cultivation;heavy force, creating a "three-in-one" legal education environment.
