摘要
为了让职业院校跟上时代发展的潮流,发挥教育资源的作用,就必须要在院校内构建科学、合理和完善的绩效工作体系,并保证其在院校内顺利实施。本文通过分析绩效工资的概念,研究职业院校绩效工资实施的现实困境,结合绩效工资在职业院校内的实际作用,对其路径进行了论述。
In order for vocational colleges to keep pace with the trend of the times and give full play to the role of educational resources, we must build a scientific, reasonable and perfect performance work system in the school, and ensure its smooth implementation in the school. By analyzing the concept of performance pay, this paper studies the practical difficulties of performance pay implementation in vocational colleges, and discusses the path of performance salary in the vocational school based on its practical role.
