新媒体环境下提高教务秘书工作效率的思考

教务管理工作是高校教学管理的核心,教务秘书在教学管理工作中起到了很大的作用,是高校教学管理工作的主要执行者之一。因此,各本科院校要实现提高教学质量、加强教学管理的目标,必须要充分发挥教务秘书在教学管理中的作用。如何在新媒体环境下创新高校教学管理工作、如何将新媒体的应用有机地结合到教务秘书的日常工作中等问题。笔者结合自己的工作情况和认识,对提高工作效率的策略提出了想法和建议。

Educational administration is the core of teaching management in colleges and universities. Educational secretary plays a great role in teaching management. It is one of the main executors of teaching management in colleges and universities.Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality and strengthen the goal of teaching management, it is necessary to give full play to the role of the educational secretaries in the teaching management. How to innovate the teaching management in the new media environment and how to combine the application of new media to the daily work of the educational secretaries. I put forward some ideas and suggestions on the strategy of improving the efficiency of work in the light of my own work situation and understanding.
