摘要
年轻教师初为人师,往往热情有余,管理课堂经验不足,想要在常规课堂上,营造活泼而又严谨有序的课堂实在不是一件轻松的事情:过分"讨好"学生,就会使课堂纪律涣散,教学易陷入无序状态;太"一本正经"又容易让自己面临"孤家寡人"的窘境。因此,我们需要建立起课堂权威,使课堂教学管理更加有效。作为音乐教师,笔者从教授学生学习程序、教师的角色转位、沟通的语言艺术、自我心理调节等几方面阐述教师如何在音乐课堂上建立自己的课堂权威。
Young teachers tend to be teachers in the beginning, they often have more enthusiasm and lack of experience in class management. Creating a lively and orderly classroom in a regular class is not easy: over-courting students will make the classroom discipline Scattered, easy to fall into disorganized teaching; too"serious"and easy to make yourself"loner"predicament. Therefore, we need to establish classroom authority to make classroom teaching management more effective. As a music teacher, the author expounds how teachers establish their own classroom authority in the music class from aspects of teaching students' learning process, the role of teachers in translating, the language art of communication, and the regulation of self-psychology.
