日本高等职业技术教育的结构特征及改革动向

Structural Characteristics and Reform Trend of Higher Vocational Education in Japan

二战后,日本逐步形成了包括短期大学、专修学校、高等专门学校为主要机构的高等职业技术教育体系。高等职业教育的快速发展,不仅扩充了日本的高等教育体系,推动了日本高等教育的普及化进程,而且在日本走向现代化的进程中也发挥了重要的作用。本文以当前日本高等职业技术教育的结构特征为主要研究对象,进而分析探讨经济全球化背景下日本高等职业技术教育的改革动向。

After the Second World War,Japan gradually formed the education system of Higher Vocational Education,including Junior College,Specialized Training College and Technology College as the main institutions.The rapid development of Higher Vocational Education,which not only expands the Japanese Higher Education System,promoting the popularization process of higher education in Japan,and the process of modernization in Japan also plays an important role.This paper takes the structural characteristics of education as the main research object,and then analyzes and discusses the reform trend of education in Japan under the background of economic globalization.
