刍议高等职业院校学生工匠精神养成教育

A Humble Opinion on Education to Cultivate Craftsmanship Spirit among Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

在高等职业院校对学生技术技能培育的同时,着力培养学生的工匠精神是顺应时代的需要。随着"中国制造2025"强国目标的提出,我国要由制造大国向制造强国转变,需要大量的现代工匠,那么培养学生的工匠精神是高职院校的必然选择和责无旁贷的使命。高职院校要认清在工匠精神养成教育中存在的问题,并找到有效的途径,努力把学生培养成高素质高技能的现代工匠。

While higher vocational colleges are fostering technical skills of their students,it is considered as a need from current times for them to spend efforts in cultivating craftsmanship spirit among their students.Since the proposal of the national strength enhancing target-"Made in China 2025",China needs to transform itself from a large manufacturing country to a manufacturing power,a process that will need lots of modern craftsmen,in this sense,it is an inevitable choice and also an unshirkable mission for those higher vocational colleges to cultivate craftsmanship spirit among their students.Higher vocational colleges should get a clear understanding of the existing problems found in their education to cultivate craftsmanship spirit and hence to find an effective route to this aim and try their best to cultivate their students into modern craftsmen with both high quality and high skills.
