应用型高校“双师型”教师队伍建设研究

良好的师资是教学的核心和基础,也是培育优秀人才的关键。应用型高校转型必须要注重提高人才质量和师资水平,从而培养出适应社会需求的高效人才,当前在地方高校的教育实践发现艺术设计专业缺乏优秀的"双师型"教师,高校应注重引进或培养此类型的教师以满足学校教育的需求以及适应高校的长期发展规划。本文以加强"双师型"教师队伍构建为研究目的,希望能够有效地强化教师的理论知识教学能力和实践操作水平,能够进一步为市场培育出高素质的综合性人才提供思路。

Excellent teacher qualification is the core and foundation of education,and it is also the key to nurturing outstanding talents.The transformation of applied colleges and universities must focus on improving the quality of qualified students and the qualifications of teachers,so as to cultivate highly qualified personnel who can be adapted by the society needs.At present,in the practice of local colleges and universities,it is found that the graphic design profession lacks excellent"double-position"teachers.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the introduction or training of this type of teachers to meet the needs of school education and to promote the long-term development plans of universities.The purpose of this study is to strengthen the construction of"double-position"teachers,hoping to effectively strengthen teachers'theoretical knowledge and teaching ability at practical operation level,also to provide ideas for the universities to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents.
