以自身为资源的高职青年教师专业发展路径

摘要 职业教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分长期以来发展缓慢,作为推动我国职业教育发展的中坚力量,高职青年教师的专业发展越来越为重要。国家政策、校内支持、教师合作共同体等方式作为外在资源一定程度上存在限制,通过研究自身为资源专业发展为高职青年教师探索自身专业发展的内在途径与方法对职业教育以及青年教师的发展有着巨大推动力。 Vocational education as the indispensable part of the higher education in our school is developing slowly for a long period.Yong teachers who are the backbone and their professional development is becoming more and more important.However,the relative policies of our nation and the vocational schools as well as the cooperation of the community of teachers can only be the external driving force.Vocational young teachers are supposed to develop their professional knowledge and abilities on the basis of self-resource which is the internal driving force.To find out the path of self-resource professional development is a great motivation for vocational young teachers.
