摘要 在城乡一体化背景下,北京市农村学前教育在总量和规模上不断增加,出现了农村文化与城市文化的融合。为推进学前教育的现代化与教育本土化融合,充分挖掘和利用乡土价值,构建农村幼儿有文化内涵,首先要重建具有乡土文化特色的园所文化,然后充分发挥教师的文化主导作用,并努力培养幼儿对乡土文化的认同感,最后还要正确引导幼儿家长积极参与到农村幼儿园文化构建。 Under the background of urban and rural integration,the preschool education in rural areas in Beijing has been increasing in total and scale,and the integration of rural culture and urban culture has emerged.In order to promote the integration of modernization and education localization of preschool education,fully tap and utilize local values,and build rural children's cultural connotation,we must first rebuild the garden culture with local culture characteristics,and then give full play to the teacher's cultural leading role,and strive to cultivate children's sense of identity with local culture,and finally guide children's parents to actively participate in the construction of rural kindergarten culture.
