在城乡一体化背景下,北京市农村学前教育在总量和规模上不断增加,出现了农村文化与城市文化的融合。为推进学前教育的现代化与教育本土化融合,充分挖掘和利用乡土价值,构建农村幼儿有文化内涵,首先要重建具有乡土文化特色的园所文化,然后充分发挥教师的文化主导作用,并努力培养幼儿对乡土文化的认同感,最后还要正确引导幼儿家长积极参与到农村幼儿园文化构建。
