摘要
目的:探讨初二年级学生家庭教养方式、心理弹性与考试心理问题之间的关系。方法:采用中学生考试心理问题与行为问题症状自评量表、父母教养方式问卷、中学生心理弹性量表对济南市某中学初二年级的250名学生进行测查。结果:(1)家庭教养方式中的情感温暖型维度与心理弹性总分呈显著正相关(r=0.265,p<0.01),情感温暖型教养方式对心理弹性有显著的正向预测作用;家庭教养方式各维度与考试心理问题间均存在显著相关(p<0.01),其中信任鼓励型和情感温暖型教养方式对考试心理有明显负向预测作用;心理弹性和考试心理问题二者间存在显著负相关(r=-0.314,p<0.01),并能负向预测考试心理问题。(2)初二年级学生心理弹性在情感温暖型教养方式和考试心理问题间起部分中介作用。结论:家庭教养方式既可以直接影响学生考试心理问题,也可以通过心理弹性间接影响考试心理。
Object:To explore the relationship among parenting style,resilience and examination mental problem in Grade 2 students.Methods:250 students were tested with The Parenting Style Questionnaire,The Middle School Student'Mental Resilience Scale and The Middle School Students'Examination Mental Problem Questionnaire.Results:(1)The emotional warmth dimension and the total score of mental resilience in the family parenting style were significantly positively correlated(r=0.265,p<0.01),and the emotional warm parenting style had a significant positive predictive effect on mental resilience;There is a significant correlation between the dimensions of parenting style and the examination mental problems(p<0.01).The trust-encouraging and emotional-warm parenting methods have a significant negative predictive effect on examination mental problems;Mental resilience was negatively correlated with examination mental problem(r=-0.314,p<0.01),and it was able to predict examination mental problem;The mental resilience of Grade 2 students plays an partially mediated role in the emotional warmth factor type and psychological problems in exams.Conclusion:Parenting style can directly affect examination mental problem,and can also influence the examination mental problem indirectly through mental resilience.
