苏北乡村小学校园欺凌的现状与综合治理

The Current Situation and Comprehensive Management of Bullying in Rural Primary Schools in Northern Jiangsu Province

校园欺凌事件的发生,影响了小学生的身心健康和学业进步,从根本上解决这个问题已刻不容缓。本文选取苏北徐州、淮安、宿迁3市6所乡村小学为研究对象,采取问卷调查和个别访谈法,了解苏北乡村小学校园欺凌的现状,分析造成苏北乡村小学校园欺凌的原因,尝试从学校、家庭、社会和学生自身等方面提出综合治理方案,以求实现校园欺凌问题的根本解决。

The occurrence of campus bullying has affected the physical and mental health and academic progress of primary school students,and it is urgent to solve this problem fundamentally.This paper chooses Xuzhou,Huai'an,Suqian 3 cities 6 rural primary schools as the research object,take the questionnaire survey and individual interview method,understand the present situation of rural primary school bullying in North Jiangsu,analyze the cause of bullying in rural primary school in North Jiangsu,try to put forward comprehensive management plan from school,family,society and students themselves,In order to realize the campus bullying problem fundamental solution..
