高校学生创业意愿及动机调查研究——以F省L大学为例

A Survey of College Students' Willingness and Motivation——Taking L University of F Province as an example

当前,我国的高等教育从精英化走向大众化,高等教育以前所未有的速度发展,社会对高级专门人才的需求也随之增长。在当前大学生就业形势日趋严峻的大环境下,创业不仅是缓解就业压力的关键,更是时代发展的需要。在介绍当前大学生创业意愿与否的基础上,分析大学生的创业初始动机,并结合大学生创业的动机来分析,由此提出关于大学生创业的实质性建议。

At present,China's higher education has gone from elite to popular,and higher education has developed at an unprecedented rate.The demand for advanced professionals in the society has also increased.Under the current severe situation of college students'employment situation,entrepreneurship is not only the key to alleviating employment pressure,but also the need of the times.On the basis of introducing the current college students'willingness to start a business,this paper analyzes the initial motivation of college students'entrepreneurship,and analyzes the motivation of college students'entrepreneurship,and then puts forward substantive suggestions on college students'entrepreneurship.
