摘要
创新型人才培养是教育改革的重点内容,开展创新型人才培养与各种外因、内因密切相关。本文基于高校本科人才培养现状,以生态学为例,结合调查问卷结果,从教学体系、教学内容、教学方法和手段、师资队伍、学生参与科学研究的意愿和途径等方面系统剖析影响高校创新型本科人才培养的各因素,以期为全面提升高校人才培养质量、构建创新型本科人才培养模式提供理论和实践参考。
The cultivation of innovative talents is the key content of educational reform.The cultivation of innovative talents is closely related to various external and internal causes.Based on the current situation of undergraduate talent cultivation in Colleges and universities,taking ecology as an example and combining with the results of questionnaires,this paper systematically analyses the factors influencing the cultivation of innovative undergraduate talents in Colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching system,teaching contents,teaching methods and means,teachers,students’willingness and ways to participate in scientific research,with a view to comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities and constructing innovative talents.The training mode of subject talents provides theoretical and practical reference.
