当下不少幼儿园喊出了自己的办园理念,研究发现幼儿园办园理念的存在随意性、功利性、表面性与空洞化的问题;在此基础上,提出改进建议:办园理念应紧密结合幼儿园的实际情况;既要符合幼儿的发展需要又要满足家长合理的需求;要有正确、科学的理论支撑;表述要具体。

Nowadays,many kindergartens have shouted out their own the idea of running a kindergarten,and the research has found that that there are some problems of arbitrariness,utilitarianism,superficiality and hollowness.On this basis,suggestions for improvement are put forward:the idea of running a kindergarten should be closely combined with the actual situation of the kindergarten;To meet both children’s development needs and parents’reasonable needs;It should be supported by correct and scientific theories;The expression should be specific.
