This article discusses the connotation of the educational work under the background of the new era of university library,believes there is a resource of university library in the educational work,service,management,personnel,activities and environmental advantage,put forward improving educational work should strengthen the construction of resources,broaden the service way,improve the management mechanism,improve staff quality,diverse activities,make full use of new media and large data,to improve the reading environment,etc,make the educational work into effect.
