Research on Strengthening the Awareness of Archives and Improving the Level of Archives Management in Middle Schools

随着我国新课程改革的不断深入,校内管理情况也受到了广泛关注,而档案管理在中学发展过程中作为一项重要工作,需要改革与创新。本文将分析中学阶段档案管理特点,提出加强工作意识、加大人员队伍建设力度、应用信息化技术、提升人员素养、增加工作投入、应用考核制度等策略,为其发展提供建议。

With the deepening of the new curriculum reform in our country,the situation of school management has also received extensive attention.As an important work in the development of secondary schools,archives management needs reform and innovation.This paper will analyze the characteristics of archives management in middle school,and put forward some strategies,such as strengthening work consciousness,strengthening personnel team building,applying information technology,improving personnel quality,increasing work input and applying assessment system,to provide suggestions for its development.
