Research on the Practice of Library's Helping University Intellectual Property Strategy Development

知识产权的管理与发展日益受到高校与科研团队的重视,本文以哈尔滨工程大学图书馆为例,针对图书馆作为信息检索中心支持学校知识产权战略发展的制度建设、人员情况、工作流程、常用专利检索与分析工具、实际检索经验、专利检索分析报告的目录实例、图书馆与其他中心的协作配合等方面进行了较详尽的描述,以期为图书馆和高校知识产权战略管理探索可行之路提供借鉴。

The management and development of intellectual property rights are increasingly valued by universities and research teams.In order to explore feasible ways for intellectual property strategic management of libraries and universities and provide some references,this paper takes the library of Harbin Engineering University which is an information retrieval center as an example to be described in detail to support the development of school intellectual property strategy from the system construction,personnel situation,work flow and common patents of the library.Search and analysis tools,practical search experience,catalogue examples of patent search analysis reports,collaborative cooperation with other centers,harvesting and reflection,etc.
