This paper expounds the importance of establishing academic early warning mechanism firstly.Secondly,the establishment and reform of the academic early warning mechanism in a university is expounded,and the function and effect of the academic early warning mechanism are illustrated with data.Finally,some problems and reflections on the academic warning mechanism are analyzed.
