新型模块化多电平换流器通用平台的研究

摘要 为了提高学生在高压直流输电方面的科研能力,探索模块化多电平换流器的扩展配置,提出把专业知识和应用实践结合起来,设计制作了新型模块化多电平换流器通用平台的方案,采用T型全桥子模块的拓扑重构,串行通信的MMC层次化控制方案,提升了数据传输的容量和速度,具有通用性和可扩展性。整个新型模块化多电平换流器通用平台达到最高直流电压2KV,最大容量100KW,子模块电容4800uF,桥臂电抗器10mH的技术指标。实践证明,自制新型模块化多电平换流器通用平台,实现MMC灵活配置,培养专业人才,是实现科研成果转化为工程应用的重要实践典范。 In order to improve students’research ability on the high voltage direct current transmission and explore the expansion configuration of modular multilevel converter,the new modular multilevel converter universal platform is proposed to design and fabricate with the combination of the specialty knowledge and the practical application.The key technologies including T-type full-bridge sub-module topology and the serial communication in Hierarchical control scheme are utilized for the universal requirement and scalable demand to improve the capacity and speed of communication.The working parameter can reach the 2 KV direct grid with 100 KW capacity,4800 uF sub-module capacitance,and 10 mH bridge arm reactor.It is demonstrated by the practical experience that self-fabricated new modular multilevel converter universal platform can realize the flexible MMC configuration and cultivate the specialty researchers,which is the vital practical example to convert the scientific results into the engineering application.
