新工科背景下机械类研究生创新能力提升措施

Approaches to Improve Innovative Ability of Postgraduates of Mechanical Engineering under the Background of New Engineering Disciplines

为提升机械类研究生的创新能力以适应新工科的要求,本文首先分析了新工科对科技人才的能力需求,列举了当前在研究生创新能力培养方面的不足,其次针对研究生理论教学前沿性弱、实用性差等问题提出改革措施,最后从多元化科研实践改革方面提出若干增强研究生创新能力的措施。

In order to improve the innovative ability of postgraduates of mechanical engineering to meet the requirements of new engineering disciplines,this paper first enumerates current deficiencies in the cultivation of innovative ability of postgraduates after analyzing the requirements for scientific and technological talents,then raises some reform methods aiming at the problems of weak frontier of theoretical teaching and poor practicability,and finally gives suggestions on reform of research practice to strengthen the innovative ability.
