儿童文学与幼儿教师人文素质的培养探析 被引量:3

摘要 随着幼儿教育的不断深化和改革,需要加强对幼儿教师人文素质的培养,而儿童文学是根据儿童年龄、智力和兴趣特点创作的文学作品,怎么把儿童文学与幼儿教师人文素质的培养有机结合起来,这不仅是幼儿园管理者需要考虑的问题,更是需要幼儿教育师资培训学校的具体实施,基于儿童文学加强对幼儿教师人文素质的培养,提升学生的综合素质,具有非常重要的现实意义。而人文精神和科学精神作为人文素质的核心内容,将其融入到儿童文学与幼儿教师人文素质的培养过程效果明显。因此,本文从人文精神和科学精神角度出发,探析儿童文学与幼儿教师人文素质的培养,指出在儿童文学教学过程中融入人文精神和科学精神的重要性,同时有利于促进幼儿教师人文素质的提高,为做一名合格的幼教工作者奠定基础。 With the continuous deepening and reform of early childhood education,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the humanistic quality of preschool teachers.Children’s literature is a literary work based on the characteristics of children’s age,intelligence and interest.How to combine children’s literature with the cultivation of preschool teachers’humanities quality,this is not only a problem that kindergarten managers need to consider,but also a specific implementation of the kindergarten education teacher training school.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the cultivation of the humanities quality of kindergarten teachers and improve the overall quality of students based on children’s literature.As the core content of humanistic quality,humanistic spirit and scientific spirit are integrated into the cultivation process of children’s literature and preschool teachers’humanities quality.Therefore,from the perspective of humanistic spirit and scientific spirit,this paper analyzes the cultivation of children’s literature and the humanities quality of preschool teachers,points out the importance of integrating humanistic spirit and scientific spirit in the process of teaching children’s literature,and is conducive to promoting the improvement of humanities quality of preschool teachers,to lay the foundation for a qualified early childhood education worker.
